This is the Hoop-It-All T-98 which was used once for embroidery on a hat. Included are the Frame, Alignment Template and Complete Instructions. Still in original box, there is no sticky backing paper, which you will need to purchase.
This Hoop-It-All fits Janome MC 9000, 5000, & 5700. I have tried it on my Janome Embroidery 350E and it IS compatible for that embroidery model as well. Look carefully at the adjusting center screw (underside) photo. If you have this type of locking mechanism on your embroidery machine to fasten the hoop, then this is the correct hat hoop for your machine.
